甜的水果血糖上升比較多,不甜的比較少?
其實不甜的水果也含有果醣,
也是會讓血糖上升的
所以還是要控制攝取量喔~
1份水果=1個拳頭大小的柳丁、蘋果
=1碗(杯)葡萄、草莓、櫻桃
=半根中型香蕉
=半個小型木瓜
